"I got an open box with a couple of items missing. I called Diablo Tech Support twice. On both occasions, within 10 seconds it goes to VM and asks me to leave a message. I did. No one called back. On the third day, I managed to speak to someone. He asked me to send him a picture of the unit. I asked for either the missing items or a sealed new unit. "Got two of these along with two Seagate 1TB Barracudas. Swapped the barracuda's with 2 HDs in my desktop and put those drives in these externals (WD 250GB and a 500GB Barracuda).
