needs phono jack hooke-up for turntable

"Need more control over bass & treble for playing CDs, also needs less home theater features. Should have phono outlet for stereo turntable. Should not have to buy a preamp to push power for Denon receiver to play turntable. Phono should always be add to every receiver that Denon makes. "I have paired this Denon receiver with Bose single cubes from Lifetime Audio speakers and receiver has to be turned near top of volume to get reasonably loud volume. "- It can output 7.1 for regular TV broadcast (Dolby Prologic II)

- TV and Movies never sounded so clear

- It does not transfer audio from a HDMI cable.....annoying. Still a need for digital video and audio cable. To be fair through, for the cost it really isn't that much of a nuisance. "
