"Pros

We got a new Poweredge 2900 server, and then realized that it had no PS2 ports for our existing KVM switch. We bought a USB to PS2 adapter locally, but it did not work. I ordered this and it has worked flawlessly and was very inexpensive. We are using an Avocent KVM switch.
