This stand works with industry standard VESA mounts. If your monitor does not work with the attachment plates, please use a VESA adapter plate (call or go online to order part Y009C).The default weight limit for the flat panel monitor is set for a 17-inch to 20-inch monitor. If your monitor is 20-inch to 24-inch, adjust the weight limit setting on the flat panel stand.This product has been tested and validated on Dell systems to ensure it will work with your computer. It is supported by Dell Technical Support when used with a Dell system.Port replicator displayed in the image is sold separately. Please purchase 430-3113 if interested in the port replicator for a full docking solution.

This came with the vesa adapter. I used the dock with a dell 1907 monitor. So now I have a nice spare monitor mount, hrm... yes the included vesa adapter works on the old 1907 monitor mount just fine. "
