"The ram was a nice little boost on the three Operating systems I run.
With Ubuntu 9.0.4 I noticed a good jump in boot time, though the mini is already fast on booting it seems faster with the 2GB of ram compared to the 1GB that shipped with the unit.
With Windows 7 I noticed apps are opening
