"Pros The upgrade as a whole works great. no lagging or choppiness in online gaming. Cons There are 2 chips that are 1Gb a piece. one of them is easy to install in an expansion bay on the underside of the laptop, but in order to get the other one in, you have to pull the whole computer apart to install. "Pros They got here on time unlike other items I ordered next day air that arrived after these that I ordered standard ground. Memory "kit" came with no instructions, so I had to call support since I couldn't even find any online. Support was great, walked me through it with no problems. I have noticed no real difference in the performance of my PC , very disappointed, wish I could send them back! "
