The Wireless 4965 PCI Express WLAN Mini-Card from Dell is an embedded 802.11 a/b/g Draft-N network adapter that operates in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz spectra. The card interfaces with the Laptop through a PCI-Express slot and supports data transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps. It features MIMO, diversity and three-antenna support that enables better wireless reception for high bandwidth. It reduces the number of dead zones, dropped data packets, network re-connects and dramatically improves connectivity throughout the home. It helps overcome network capacity issues, allowing increased 802.11a/g products that deliver 54 Mbps simultaneous network activity for large file transfers, streaming HD video, multi-player gaming as well as VoIP. This product has been tested and validated on Dell systems and is compatible with Select Dell Latitude Laptops.

It worked perfectly in my E1505/6400 Inspiron. Installation was easy and the directions were clear. Excellent reception and keeps your express slot open.

Price. I also wish the range were a little stronger, But with only two antenas for the E1505/6400 It's still good
