"Pros It will function like any other adapter for its short lifespan (as low as three months in some circumstances). Cons - Doesn't stay secure on the laptop itself. - It's expensive. - It breaks after a short period of time. At first it won't charge the battery, but will still power the laptop. It powers the laptop which requires 130 watts. Long cord.
Cons
Heavy, Hot, Bulky (as in NOT portable), no cigarette adapter so can't use on plane or in car. Pour design considering it is to be used for a LAPTOP!!!

"Review:We had to replace the power adapter every year since we bought the XPS-M170 laptop. And this is the 3rd replacement. I've noticed other people are having the same issue with this power adapter. May be there is enough evidence to launch a class action lawsuit on this. "
