"Cons

Beware - this module will not work with an OptiPlex 320 mini-tower. My system would not boot and Dell has verified the incompatibility. The Kingston module is recommended by Dell. I spent 45 minutes on Dell Chat and another hour on the phone to resolve the issue. "
