Easy to install.

Cons

After I realized that seeing it was a single stick that I was installing, I had to relocate the 2 512MB sticks I had already in the system to slots 2 and 4 and install this one in slot 1. Gave me all sorts of memory errors before that and the dreaded blue screen.
