"The audio on this phone goes in and out. It always sounds muffled. Even when you turn up the volume, it's difficult to hear. Callers on the other end can only heart parts of what is said though this phone. I do not like this phone at all and I would NOT recommend it. "

"These phones are very small. I thought they would be larger phones and the answering machine is built into the phone. When you receive a call the person is very hard to hear this is with the volume adjusted on high. So I was not really pleased with them. But, they work as far as hearng the ringers. "

"I was setting up a VOIP system for my 'mother-in-law' apartment and was concerned about the base unit being in the main house. The system works well especially with wireless internet running. Very pleased with the reception and clarity. Only bad feature, the batteries suppled were defective. "
