"Says it can work in a mixed port speed environment, which it can, but itll run at the slowest ports speed. ie. if you have 2 computers at 100mbit and 2 at 1000mbit, the switch will limit all ports transfer speeds to 100mbit. Theres other gigbit switches out there that can work better with the mixed port speed environment, dont make the same mistake as me and buy this switch!..." Read Full Review »

"Very nice and I'm without major complaints. I have noticed that some cables will not work with it and I suspect it's the cat5e 6 issue mentioned in some other reviews. Since I seem to have cables in abundance, I just plugged in another one but that could be irritating to discover without warning. "
