"I have a home network set up in a two-family residence. I couldn't get more than a 40% signal with my original equipment antennae on my D-Link wireless card. "Helps, but is still inadequate in my house. I can be a mere 20 feet away (through floor and 1 wall), and not pick up a signal. Problem might be solved with longer cable. Easy to install, though still not worth the money...." Read Full Review »

"Use the Dlink antenna for a workstation on the top floor furthest from the router. Originally only got one bar of signal. After the Dlink antenna was added was able to get three bars and more bandwidth. Went from 5 mbps to about 36 mbps. "
