"I have a PS/2 keyboard and a USB Logitech scrollwheel Optical mouse (with USB to PS/2 adapter). This D-Link is connected to PS/2 ports on both an Asus WinXP desktop and Gateway SUSE Linux desktop. Hotkey switches between the two flawlessly. All monitor resolutions and scrollwheel work fine. The unit will beep when switching, but you can disable the beep with a hotkey. "Works 80% of the time. Would you buy a car that worked 80% of the time? This thing has so many different ways to fail...
