"My husband works nights, & I had been using wireless headphones for the TV so that he wouldn't be disturbed, (the only place for the TV is against the bedroom wall). I put this system behind my recliner, plugged it into the headphone outlet in my TV- & it's like you're at the movies!! "I've had a Bose system before so I know what good audio is, but this is a great little set up for the price. If you have a wood floor, put the bass on it for increased amplification. Otherwise, I'm pleased. I've had this for about a year and am trying to get another one for a friend. "
