"The European adapter broke the first time putting a plug into it! Normal charge time for the battery using a Nikon charger is 2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours using this unit, the battery was still not fully charged. The color chanage on the L.E.D. indicating charging done was difficult to see. "

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
