Works for my old Dell Inspiron 1100

"I bought several memory sticks from different vendors because of price. None of them worked and I returned them all. I read the reviews on Crucial about this memory module and most mentioned that it worked on the Inspiron 1100. I'm very happy to increase my memory from 128mb to 640mb. Dell Inspiron 1100 is a picky one

"Didn't work in my laptop. I had one 512 MB Ram from a previous purchase. The new RAM I bought was also 512 MB, but didn't work. I would try changing both slots with the same memory which may help. From what I understand, the Inspiron 1100 series is notorious for being difficult to upgrade...." Read Full Review »
