"I received the two Ram Chips as a gift. I properly installed the Ram Chip and the computer fan started but the screen remained black and there was no startup sound. I tried one 2 gig chip and one one gig and then reversed the slots for each chip then tried two two gig in the two slots. nothing worked the roam chips do not work.
