"After my waiting for about 15 minutes, Best Buy said that my HP Mini 1000 series would not support a RAM upgrade (from 1 gig to 2). The Crucial website made it clear that this was incorrect advice. I had my upgrade in 2 days and it works perfectly. Eat your heart out, Best Buy! "
