"I have had this RAM (a 2gb upgrade for my old Mac Mini) for more than two weeks now and have still not been able to install it. This is not Crucials fault though. The Mini is SOOOOOOO hard to open without damaging. I have tried many tutorials but had no luck yet. "Installing extra memory in the mini is a chore. There are a variety of sites (not apples) that will help you undertake the project.I raided a kitchen drawer for a couple of the wife's spatulas. "I bought my first Mac a few months back to use as a media computer and for remote access to PCs at work. Though performance of VMware Fusion running WinXP in OS X was okay I thought that 2GB would be much better. The RAM from Crucial worked perfectly as soon as I installed. "
