"I use the RAM to play games, and do design work. I noticed an immense increase in speed for my computer when I upgraded from 1GB to 4GB. Although I am still on a 32-bit OS, and it only recognizes 3 of it I cannot even imagine what it'll be like when I upgrade to 64bit!
