"I have an old (10 yrs) IBM T20 which I will just NOT give up. Shipped w/128 MB RAM. Added 128 MB a while ago, but it didn't seem to help at all. Got 2 x 256 sticks from Crucial to max RAM @ 512 MB, so performance is now acceptable (for an old 700mHz pIII). Kubuntu rocks!!! "
