"Increased the computer memory so it isn't as slow. I had 256MB and bought another 256MB hoping for 512MB but it only went to 480MB. Perhaps that's normal but it was unexpected. The web site is wonderful. Very easy to use and instructional. I was able to add the RAM myself.

"Super easy to install:
a) You turn off your computer,
b) you open your computer,
c) you open the little levers, push the memory stick in, and close the little levers,
d) you close the computer,
e) you reboot your computer,
and voila!
