"installed 2 1g ram chips on my Dell Inspirion Notebook. At power up the computer would not power back up and was completely dead. My IT guy informed me that the mothboard was fried as a direct result of a malfunctioning chip that has since been returned to crucial. "It was very easy to install! The price is amazing, if I were to purchase from Dell I'd spend too much. I am very pleased with my purchase from Crucial. There is nothing bad about ordering from them. I am excited to have a place to order from to 'vamp up' my computer! "

"Crucial Rep,The upgrade was a very simple process [...] Results from over doubling the Ram was not as visible as anticipated. Although there was a slight increase in performance, I expected to see substantial gains. If there is any other optimization that can be made please let me know.v/rRay "
