"I used youtube video to install, instructions wern't clear. Didn't perform as well as I expected, I thought it would be better than it is. Price was ok, you get what you pay for. I use my computer for mainly entertainment and research, I am now able to open a number of windows at once, but really it just makes my computer run like new, no better, no worse. "Amazing improvement in speed for half a day. Next morning, computer crashed and lost Outlook files and all user presets. All was backed up so it was recovered. Ran memory check program on new memory and found errors. Crucial is replacing the memory but it still cost a lot of time to fix the problem and I have to pay to return the faulty product.
