"Thanks. The wrong product was shipped (not due to Crucial's fault) They were very accommodating in the return and the replacement of the right product. The company that sold me the computer was not able to get me the right product, despite numerous attempts, but Crucial was able to help me do a test and get the right product at a great price. "Installing additional RAM was totally scarey to me, but then I HAD to, and it turned out to be totally easy! The little application that CRUCIAL has did a great job of telling me what to buy and Apple's instructions on their website were exact and specific with lots of pics. "
