"I bought this card as an upgrade from another Creative sound card (my Audigy 2 ZS, which I've had for a while). The upgrade process (from the old sound card) was pretty darn simple: 1. Shut down the PC and remove the old card. 2. Install the new card into the same slot; however, don't install any software yet! 3.
