"If you use this card to record from a turntable; you could be in trouble. I got 2 cards and only one had the hardware on the card to support the Audio Control Panel which you need to record and monitor your recording. "Very good card. Make sure enough room in case if you have e16-e1-pci-pci setup in most PCs. Works with W7 painlessly. Make sure you configure both the digital output and speakers output or analog stereo will not work thru optical digital output. "
