"I purchased this drive as a boot drive on a new core i7 machine and am very impressed with the performance gain. The drive is beautifully crafted and is of course dead silent.
Photoshop loads in under two seconds and the same is true for Microsoft Word.

"Put this in my unibody Macbook and wow. Boot time isn't all that different (had a 7200rpm drive in there before) but app launches are instantaneous. Put the 7200 rpm drive to other uses and now my macbook flies. Nice drive, nice price. "
