"Purchased as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old son - large display is a plus - my son cannot use the excuse "I didn't know what time it was" when he exceeds his time limits on the computer. Cool Blue screen can be illuminated continuously (doubles as a night light) or can be illuminated on demand, can choose level of brightness. Plug-in or battery powered so can be placed anywhere. "This alarm clock looks really good, but the functionality is designed very poorly. The snooze functionality only snoozes three times and then the alarm clock turns off. It should snooze indefinitely until I wake up and choose a separate, harder-to-find button to turn it off.
