Had to return product twice -didn't work

"I was excited to find this product as it had most of the features that I wanted in a portable DVD player. The first player I received did not operate... at all. It wouldn't play any disc. The second player I received played the disc and sound - but wouldn't show the picture! I do give credit to drugstore.com for hassle free returns and prompt responses to inquiries.
