Great Product - If It Worked!

"The product was easy to set up once I patched some longer speaker wires on, but then I turned it on. It made this horrible buzzing sound that would not go away. Tech Support (which was not open on the hours listed in the materials) waled me through several steps and finally concluded that it was a faulty unit.
