I am constantly being asked where I got it as everyone is impressed with the number of photos it holds and clarity. "I bought a Coby digital keychain as a gift. I tested it beforehand; the instructions are poor, but I got it to work. The picture quality is poor & the battery doesn't hold a charge long. The person I gave the keychain to could not load photos - got a message saying the device is not recognized. The troubleshooting guide says this error is due to a bad USB cable or a bad USB port.
