"For the price this detector isn't that bad. It detects X band almost as good as my Whistler XTR-690 but its range with K/Ka band is not even close. It DOES detect it however, and has actually saved me twice (I use it in my work van). I tested it against a stationary speed sign which was using Ka the other day and it detected it from behind the sign at a decent range. From the front it would give mixed results an..."
