"I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. It DID arrive quickly, looks sturdy,and it plays quality sound music for the MP3 part,BUT you must turn the screen sideways to see the display/videos/etc. HOWEVER, it was missing the software for the MP4 part. "Good product for the price. No manual is shipped with the contents but one can be found online. You'll need it otherwise plan on spending some time figuring it out. Good sound quality.
