"although this is a very good mp3 player,I cannot recommend it to anyone anyone. why would a company put out a great product, with out the bells and whistles? no user manual,regis card,software? i purchased 4 for my kids. the player itself is quite elegant, but still hard to figure out even for the average geek. imagine the elderley, children and non geekish folk who have purchase it or recieve as a gift. no way...."
