"My first uses have produced less than stellar results because I relied on the default "AUTO" white balance, gain and on-camera microphone(s).Much good advice from XH-A1 users ([@] forums) has improved my satisfaction with this camera and I anticipate being able to rival or exceed the quality produced by more tenured videographers.This camera is NOT for the novice or anyone intimidated by complexity because the d..." "we have two of these cameras...they have EACH been in over 4 times, in the past year and a half, for the same problem. Canon swears that its a coincidence, but 2 different cameras+ the same problem+ multiple occurances. the tape heads gets misaligned and all the footage shot is pixelated and ruined! forget tape head cleaners, that doesnt solve the problem.
