"I purchased this camera for my wife as a Christmas gift in 2008. [...]The camera has been a blast. The built in Image Stabilization works way better than I expected. I've taken photos of our 1.5yr old while she's jumping on the couch and the results were crystal clear images. "Great camera with many customizable features. Pictures are sharp for the most part and camera is fast. However, don't count on all those megapixels to improve your pictures. Use medium instead of large file size. The sensor is too small to really improve the picture past about 9 megapixel quality and noise reduction, even at low ISO's smears parts of the image.
