Amazing for Portraits

"This lens has made me fall in love with the beauty of prime lenses. It's tack sharp at 2.0 and the background blur is just simply superb. This lens is perfect for portraits but I think it really shines in Indoor Sports and Concerts. This lens will give you the speed you need to stop the action and not have to bump the ISO to the max. Something not right - Bad piece?

"The piece that I bought went right back! It was always out of focus and just did not live up to the Legendary status of this Lens. I could not even correct the focus with my 5DM2. My 70-200 2.8 IS L was sharp (when I pixel peep) wide open at 2.8. Even at 2.8 this lens was not producing acceptable results.
