"The Charger Works As Expected.
Although I don't like Canon's idea of having the charger serve as the power supply AC to the camera. When the charger fails you lose the ability to power the camera using AC also. Otherwise it works as expected.

"The one I had before work for over 5 years till a lightning trike to the house kill it. (+ 2 computers, 1 camera, 2 TV's, 1 external hard drive, 3 surge protectors and 1 battery).
So by that standard I say "If you need it, Get It"
It never fail before, till that unforchanet event.
