"When I first looked at the price for the BP950G, i was in shock. For other replacement batteries were half its price. But i really think its worth its price. it has great batt. life and best of all its a Canon. "

"I needed a second battery. This one is slightly smaller in capacity than the large one but at 3 or 4 hours on a charge I couldn't justify spending more $ for a little more time.
I know it will charge, function and store well because it is OEM Canon.

"Last year I bought a GL-2 and went with a no-name battery. I'll never do that again. Always buy the Canon one! Fits much better on the camera and just is much better overall. "
