The TruLink™ KVM over Cat5 Extender is a robust solution that allows you to extend the distance between your KVM switch and your VGA monitor, PS2 keyboard, and PS2 mouse. Place your computers in one location and your console in another, up to 230ft apart. Driving the VGA and PS2 signals over Cat5/6 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable allows you to take advantage of your UTP cable infrastructure already installed for a cost-effective and reliable installation.

This solution is ideal for applications where your computers need to be placed in a remote location or you need your monitor, keyboard, and mouse to reach further than the 25ft length limitation experienced by most KVM switches. This is common in industrial applications such as manufacturing lines or clean rooms, server rooms, or for presentation and training applications.
