"I've got about 15 of these installed in our small office. They work well most of the time, but occasionally need to be reset. The reset button is located on the back so it's very difficult for end users to get to. "Would not ever recommend this product. I cannot select between operating systems on my dual boot computer. It will not let me select to "boot from cd drive" when reinstalling operating systems and always locking up on me switching between other computers to my Vista PC.
