"I have mixed feelings. It is an excellent design, allowing for the use of a hard drive or other media device in addition to the 2 USB ports. The problem is the way it hooks up. There is a plug to connect it directly to the motherboard. By using this method, I would have to disconnect the 4 USB ports in the back of the computer. "I'm building a computer using an older case with no USB ports built into the front. This is the perfect component. Installation was a breeze, a few screws and plug into one of the USB headers on my mb, and now I don't have to reach around the back to insert a flash drive. A must have. "
