"This is a great product for keeping old printers running. Several reviewers have noted correctly that there is a problem using this with Vista 64 bit. Vista 64 requires digitally signed drivers. "Couldn't get the cable to work with my LaserJet HP3P. Tried installing the drivers, but couldn't get it to print. Tried different ports USB 1.1, USB2.0, LP1 etc. Called and sent e-mails to Cables Unlimeted, but they responded 2 weeks later after I gave up on the cable and had already returned. "I'm relatively good with computers and figuring out technical problems with peripherals. However, after playing with this for a couple hours...it still doesn't work. It says it's compatible with Vista 64, but I'm not convinced. Buyer beware... "
