base distortion is proportional to volum

"for those complaining about the base getting highly distorted, the base distortion is proportional to volume. You are not expected to "crank the base" at high volumes. There is no need to raise the base above 1/3 at mid to high volumes. It is sort of like spinal tap's amps, that go to 11. "The subwoofer in this speaker set is bad...really bad. The bass is far too boomy/muddy and just sounds out of place with the highs from the satellites, even at lower volume settings. Turning the bass past about 1/10th on the dial just results in overkill of the same muddy out of place sounding bass when playing music.
