"I purchased this clock for general use and for its many practical features. However, after owning it for one year it stopped working. The screen went blank and the flashlight doesn't work. I tried replacing the batteries with fresh ones, but it is completely broken. "To change the alarm time, you must open the battery compartment and use tiny switches. External switches for alarm off/on etc. are tiny and poorly designed.
