"Don't get me wrong, my family is pleased with the digital picture frame. While it isn't as nice as viewing photos and videos on a computer display, it is a great way to share family memories with grandparents who don't have computers. Set-up Problems

"We bought this frame(based on strong reviews here)for my in-laws, as what seemed an inspired way to keep them up to date on the family, but we have yet to present it to them because of challenges we've encountered in setting it up.
