"Does not work with an iTouch. As soon as you connect, an error message tells you the program has stopped working because of a problem with windows. It works with other iPods, not with iTouch or iPhone. Misleading seeing how the iTouch is pictured on the box. JUNK SOFTWARE!!!!! "

"I was very excited to find some reasonably priced software that would transfer my music off of an ipod to a computer. When it easily installed i was very reluctant to say this was too easy, then it crashed when i plugged my Itouch into it. Sad Day :( "
