No Help At All!

"I gave this to my daughter for her birthday....glad I bought her other gifts. It has sat on the desk ever since! We can not get any songs to load on it and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OFFERED!! If you are not a tech wiz save your $$$. I have called the manufacturer's customer service line 3 times twice they said they'd call me back (never did) and the third time the guy told me to take my computer to a tech store wi..."
